List Table Keyboard Navigation

This is a new feature I'm experimenting with. The idea is that you can use keys to navigate the "list tables" in the WordPress dashboard. These are things like the post list, plugin list, user list, etc.

The current keys you can use are:

• J Move down the list
• K Move up the list
• Enter Open the selected item
• / Focus the search box
• Ctrl-F Go forward a page
• Ctrl-B Go back a page

This works on most of the core screens, I think, and it works on WooCommerce product and order lists. There may be issues with other screens that have list tables. If you find any, please let me know.

These keys are the same as the vi(m) editor, and a bunch of other things. But the whole idea was really inspired by the notifications navigation on github.com, which I use keys to navigate.
