The admin bar at the top of the WordPress admin screen can get terribly cluttered.
The Barkeeper feature of Turbo Admin gives you a button that lets you collapse all but the most important stuff in the admin bar.
Currently, the items that remain showing when the admin bar is collapsed by the Barkeeper are determined by ... well ... me, in the Turbo Admin code. Perhaps in future this will be customisable.
The Barkeeper expanded/collapsed setting is saved globally, not per site. So once you collapse the admin bar, it will be collapsed on every site you log in to.
