The WordPress admin menu can get pretty cluttered sometimes. Turbo Admin gives you the ability to pin commonly-used items to the top of the admin menu, and to hide items that you rarely use in an expandable menu section.
With this feature enabled, buttons appear next to menu items on hover that let you pin or hide those items.
This works for sub-menu items too. You can pin "New post" or something under the Tools or Settings menu.
To un-pin or un-hide an item, locate and click the pin/hide icon again and it will return to its original menu position.
Pinned and hidden menu items are saved on a per-site basis. So each site you use can have different things pinned/hidden. And remember that Turbo Admin is a browser extension, and any changes made only apply to you and the browser you are working in.
This feature does result in a slight "flash" of the regular menu before it gets re-organised. This is just a limitation of how Turbo Admin works - it's restructuring the menu on every page load because it doesn't have back-end access to WordPress.
