People who are new to command palettes and keyboard shortcuts sometimes forget that they exist. So I had some requests to put Turbo Admin's command palette directory into the admin bar.
Turning this option on adds the command palette to the admin bar.
The keyboard shortcut still opens the palette. But so does clicking inside it.
